Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Payments must be made before goods are dispatched. Payments can be made online via the website, or by cheque made out to 'David Work', and sent to the address on the home page. Goods will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.

2. If the purchaser wishes to return the goods, they must do so within 7 days of receipt, and a refund (less postage and packaging) will be made if the pictures are in the original packaging. Purchasers are strongly advised to insure the return.

3. Commissions can be undertaken from client's photographs, or if the site is within a 50 mile radius of Beverley, the artist will visit and make sketches, or weather permitting, paint. Price is subject to prior agreement. See special offer.

4. All paintings and prints are in colourfast paints and inks, please do not hang in direct sunlight, as all pigments will fade in the medium to long term. Also avoid hanging or storing in damp conditions, as mildew can attack the paper.

5. The copyright in all paintings and prints remains with the artist, and therefore the purchaser is not allowed to reproduce copies without written permission of the artist or his heirs.

6. In any dispute, the law of England will apply.
